Before My Post-Partum Weight Loss Journey
During my pregnancy, I gained 60 pounds, and was so fearful I wouldn’t be able to lose the weight. I lost 30 pounds naturally through breast-feeding and walking. However, those last 30 pounds just wouldn't budge. 🙁
I didn't take many pictures during that time, but below is a picture of me with my husband 3 months post-partum.
How I Lost The Weight Fast
I’m not a “gym” person, and honestly it is so hard for me to be consistent with workouts. I also didn't want to use diet pills or weight loss supplements.

With JJ’s guide, I lost 10 pounds in 10 days using just green smoothies, water, and healthy snacks! My body felt 1,000 times better after the cleanse, and it even helped my PMS symptoms. It was the kick start I needed to get rid of some of the bad eating habits I picked up during my pregnancy. Without divulging too much information, the cleanse consists of using green smoothies as meal replacements along with healthy snacks that JJ outlines in the book.
